The Vineyards is a 4,500 acre mixed use development in New Mexico designed by Mary Kozlowski Architect, Inc. Joshua Country was a master planned community designed for Tonopah, Nevada.

Feasibility

Incheon, Korea. Mary Kozlowski was asked to do a feasibility study by the Genting Group and their Korean Partners at Incheon focusing on entertainment, hospitality, gaming and transportation
